      A Three-Year CARF Accreditation is awarded to Edwin Fair Community Mental Health Center, Inc. For the following identified programs 
which were surveyed under the 2005 Behavioral Health Standards Manual:

           This organization has met internationally recognized standards of quality in the provision of outcome-driven programs and services to enhance
           the lives of the persons served. This Certificate of Accreditation is granted by authority of CARF.The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission. 
           Accreditation expires January 2009.
