Case Management is offered to help the seriously mentally ill live independently within the community. An intensive case management program is available for clients experiencing frequent hospitalization. Support groups for family members are available.
Community Support Services is a psychosocial rehabilitation program with a recovery model offering instruction in community living skills, education regarding mental illness, vocational counseling, socialization, and recreational treatment for those with serious mental illness.
Outpatient Counseling for children, adolescents, and adults is available on a limited basis and the medication clinic provides psychiatric consultations. We have some outpatient groups available.

Professional Assessments are available for clients to determine the nature of the problem and most appropriate treatment needed.
Substance Abuse Services are available to individuals and groups. Priority is given to targeted groups.
System of Care approach is a team-based effort by local agencies, parents, and concerned individuals to enhance children’s mental health services in Kay, Nobel, and Payne counties. This collaboration allows for more responsiveness to the needs of children and their families who are faced with behavioral or emotional disorders. The values supporting this process are child-centered, family-focused, and community based.
PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment) is an evidence-based service-delivery model of treatment providing comprehensive, locally-based services for severely mentally ill adults. This form of treatment is an alternative to traditional community mental health service as it provides most of the treatment in the home of the consumer.
Prevention through education and consultation services is provided to the community with guest speakers available upon request. |
